Why is whole milk not offered on skolelyst.no? +

There is always new research regarding milk, its nutrients and its effects on health. TINE actively updates itself on new knowledge and when new studies are published, it is important to consider them with respect to the total knowledge the image and all the research that is carried out on milk. The recommendation from the health authorities to include low-fat dairy products as a part of their diet is based on extensive research that shows that milk plays an important role in good health, and TINE stands behind this. Therefore, TINE has chosen not to offer whole milk in the subscription scheme for the current school year.

My child has changed schools. Can I move my subscription? +

You can cancel your subscription on your page under "my children" and then create a new subscription to the new school. The money for the cancelled subscription is credited to your card. 

The product I want to order is "not available". What is the reason for this? +

It is up to each school to decide the product range. Products that have not been selected by the school are listed as "not available".  You can mark the preferred product. If more people want the same product the school learns about this-so that they can consider adding the product in the selection. 

What do the products on skolelyst.no cost? +

You can find the price per product under skolelyst.no/produkter. You only pay for the number of products that will be delivered, and not per school year, so the price will vary based on how many days are registered in the school calendar.

Why does it take such a long time from order to the first delivery day? +

Our new purchase order solution has been given increased flexibility so that you can choose which products you want on different days. Therefore we need 7 days from when the order has been received by us to administer it so that students get the right product on the right day and the schools get the correct delivery lists.

How do I order products on skolelyst.no? +

Log in as a parent or guardian with the help of your mobile number. On your page, you can register the child, select the products, the number of products and which days of the week they will be delivered. Select the payment method and complete the payment. You will receive a receipt for your purchase order, and on the receipt, you will see the first delivery day for the product. 

I have forgotten my password. How do I get logged in? +

If you need to log in as a guardian, you can enter your mobile number and receive the code by SMS. You can log in with this code. 

If you need to log in as a school, click on the "lost password". Then you will be sent an email with the link to create a new password. 

I have ordered for the wrong child. How do I change this? +

You can easily cancel your subscription, log in and go to "my children". When you have completed the subscription, you can create a new subscription for the appropriate children. The money for the cancelled subscription is credited to your card. 

I have selected the wrong class in my purchase order. How do I change this? +

Log in and go to «my children». There you will find the option to change the class.

As the School Milk Administrator is there any available information that I can use as a hand out to the parents? +

Yes, there is! You will find the information here. 

Can I book for half a year at a time? +

No, the new solution applies to subscriptions for the entire school year, but you can choose whether you want to pay per month, per half year or annually. 

Can I cancel a product? +

Yes, you can cancel your products under the "my children" on your page. 

Can I delay the due date on my invoice? +

If there is a need to extend the due date on the invoice, please contact TINE Skolelyst on skolelyst@tine.no or by phone at 513 71 510.

Can I register a pause in my subscription? +

No, you cannot register a pause, but you have the opportunity to cancel your subscription and order again in the future. 

Does it cost anything for the school to be with enrolled in TINE Skolelyst? +

No, it costs nothing, for the school to be with enrolled in TINE Skolelyst.

How do I make changes to a subscription? +

You can end the current subscription and then create a new subscription as desired. In this way, you can change a subscription as often as you would like.

Why does the price of school milk go up? +

The price increases each year because of the general price increases in the market. School milk also requires innovation, development and occasionally new production methods, which carries a cost. When TINE set the rates for Skolelyst, it had to take into account a larger product range and a simpler delivery system, leading to higher prices for the individual item. 

Why has my child not received what was ordered? +

On your receipt and on your page, on skolelyst.no you will see the date of the first day of your subscription. If your child has not received the ordered products on the expected delivery day, you can contact us on skolelyst@tine.no or phone at 513 71 510, so that we can examine more closely the reason for that particular school. 

Why is there a fee for the invoice? +

The invoice fee covers the costs associated with deferred payment (credit time) in addition to covering administrative costs.
