We know that there are many students who are very good at handing out milk and other products in their classes, and many think it is great fun to carry out this task. To improve the handing out, we have created a student program. Here the oldest students have the responsibility and the role of «Milk Manager.»

The assignment for Milk Managers include:

• Collect the updated class lists from the School Milk Administrator at the school
• Take out the products from the refrigerator based on class lists
• Put the products in distribution cases. The cases are collected by the monitor(s) for each class
• Tidy up and keep the fridge and distribution boxes clean
• Make sure that the products with the shortest shelf life are taken out first
• Take out the garbage and sort it as far as possible

A prerequisite to participate in the student program is that students from the sixth or seventh class assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the scheme every week.

The student program will help to simplify the distribution so that each class gets the products faster and it creates better control in the refrigerator and that all students receive the products they should have.

The school receives the following from TINE - for use in the student program:

• A delivery case per class
• Fixed class lists that shows which products each class will have 
• Compensation that can be used for the level of responsibility that is assumed for the student program
